Why the score has two halves
A precise result with no useful next step leaves revenue on the table. An elaborate email stack cannot rescue a poor recommendation. We therefore allocate 50 points to the match and 50 points to what happens after the result.
Recommendation quality, 50 points
We score whether the tool can produce the correct recommendation across normal and conflicting inputs, handle exclusions, apply weights or formulas where needed, connect to catalog data and explain the final choice clearly.
After-result capability, 50 points
We score consent-aware email capture, contact storage, personalized messages, later engagement triggers, checkout or payment options, data connections and the usable value of the lowest suitable plan.
Lane selection
Overall score is not the only selection rule. A Shopify merchant that needs real-time catalog behavior may rationally choose a dedicated Shopify app with a lower post-result score. A consultancy or B2B software company may prioritize formula logic, contact context and follow-up across a general website.
Price handling
Starting price refers to the lowest current paid tier, with annual billing named whenever it is required to obtain that price. Free trials are not counted as free plans. A lifetime engagement allowance is described separately from a recurring monthly free allowance.
